On Vacation

                                            

        For nearly 7 months I've been writing and posting three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with three glitched weeks where I had to post on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday.  

        I'm enjoying the discipline of writing this blog.  But I need a break.  So as of today, I'm off for a two-week vacation, part of which will be tent camping at Big Bear Lake, with no electronic devices available to me.  I need a spiritual and intellectual enema.  I don't want to look "up there" and find my head. 

        This can also give some of you who are behind the chance to catch up on The Plunge. 

        I will be back on Monday, August 2 with a new posting, and I promise it won't be "How I Spent My Summer Vacation."

        Onward.
