COMING SOON: Lights! Camera! Verb!
My Artistic Director duties at The Elite Theatre Company, my directing duties on The Matchmaker at Santa Paula Theatre Center, and field assignments as an investigator are taking me away from writing. I intended to write a piece called Lights! Camera! Verb! today, but I just can't find the time.
Since Friday will be the weekly chapter from my new novel, The Plunge, unless California slides into the Pacific (which it could very well do from its heavy, heavy, heavy debt), I will return on Monday with this piece on how to find and use the best verb in your writing. Sounds exciting, doesn't it? Verbs get me going. After all, verbs are action words!
